Hi, I’m Alicia! I graduated from Blanche Macdonald’s Global Esthetics Program and have been immersed in the beauty and skincare industry ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of spa settings, gaining hands-on experience and a deeper appreciation for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.

Outside of work, I’m usually creating something - whether it’s pottery, nail art, or new craft projects - exploring local cafes and thrift shops, or getting a good workout in at the gym. I’m so happy to be part of the Clear Complexions Co. team and can’t wait to help you reach your skin goals!

Bara completed her Diploma of Acupuncture at the Royal Pacific Institute under Dr. Ganglin Yin and has advanced training in Balance, Facial, and Scalp Acupuncture, as well as Microneedling from the BC Academy of Medical Aesthetics. She is also one of the few practitioners in BC certified in Sujok Therapy, a rare modality that uses hand points to balance the body. With a background in women’s health and disability research, Bara takes a holistic, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach, supporting clients on their personal health journeys. Bara will be working at CCC on Thursday’s 9am-2pm and Saturday’s 1pm-6pm.

In 2020, I earned my diploma from Blanche Macdonald, which opened the door to a deeper understanding of Holistic and European Esthetics. Subsequently, I expanded my expertise at All Body Laser, where I gained certificates as a Medical Laser Hair Removal Technician, specialized in Rejuvenation with IPL, and mastered Advanced Cosmetic Peelings.

My background in Marketing Management has empowered me to create my own training programs for fellow Estheticians looking to elevate their businesses by embracing the world of Esthetics. I also hold the prestigious role of BC’s Executive Trainer and Distributor for the renowned Zena Cosmetics and KRX Aesthetics.
